We had an amazing day on 20th September 2015 with our 8 Hour Charity Bootcamp, run by instructor Emma Wade, with lots of people turning out to get a sweat on to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
There were circuits, padwork, kettlebells and wrestling classes to get involved with. We sold plenty of cakes and also raffle tickets with people winning some fantastic prizes that were very generously donated to the cause. We even hosted a hairy man wax!
