Beginner's Martial Arts
This class is known as the pre-Phase 1 class. The beginner is given a basic insight into the different arts that we teach. They will be taught skills for striking (i.e. kicks, punches, knees and elbows), trapping, standing grappling and Kali weaponry (i.e. single stick, double stick). There is also an element of fitness training in this class.
When a student is competent, they will be tested. On passing the test they can progress to the Phase 1 class.
