Phase 1 is focused on base curriculum concepts. Work will begin on the students body mechanics, endurance, coordination and technical base.
The phase curriculum is divided into three levels: Phase 1 Level 1, Phase 1 Level 2 and Phase 1 Level 3.
Students are tested on each level, when they have passed all three levels, they will have achieved Phase 1. The student can then progress to Phase 2.
Phase 1 focuses on striking whilst Phase 2 focuses on sensitivity and feel, incorporating drills from Kali, Silat, CSW and Muay Thai.

Wednesday | 8.15pm - 9.30pm (Phase 1 levels 1-3 and Phase 2)
