Kick-box Aerobics is an intense workout for both women and men of all fitness levels. We combine an aerobic workout with basic martial arts skills to help improve co-ordination, fitness and well-being. It is a fun and friendly class where everyone is welcome.
Equipment is provided and can also be purchased from our shop.
