The Kettlebell Blast class is for students who have previously attended the Kettlebell Introduction Seminar with Intructor Emma Corrigan. The seminars are held periodically.
Classes begin with a review of the kettlebell techniques, such as the swing and snatch, and followed by a kettlebell workout using the techniques learned.
This class is suitable for both men and women, with the kettlebell exercises improving the strength, flexibility and endurance of the student.
